Interesting that we talk about art helping with other subjects, but rarely see physics that way. I guess we have to go for physics for its own sake. And doing physics seems quite a long way from doing art. You have two wonderful teaching subjects!!

It is interesting how we sometimes feel that we need to defend the arts by how they help students think more creatively in Physics, for example, but we don't seem to bother to defend the Sciences in that way. I think that Physics can actually be very helpful for art - it certainly impacted Dali and many other artists. It's exciting how many connections there are between two seemingly opposite subjects!
